            2019年  12月30日に、ダウンロードはGeoLite2の公開ページ、geolite.maxmind.com / download / geoip / database / *、 または他の公開URLから提供されなくなります。
            GeoLite2データベースの使用を継続するには：
            1 . 新しいGeoLite2 EULAを確認します。
            2. MaxMindアカウントにサインアップします。
            起動状態確認

            しばらく、/etc/cron.weekly/geoipupdateをリネーム・停止して、様子見。
            [root@falcon21 ~]# mv /etc/cron.weekly/geoipupdate /etc/cron.weekly/geoipupdate_back
